Disneyland Resort reopened for guests on April 30, 2021 after more than a year of closure.
Just recently Disneyland Resort announced reopening dates for even more eateries!

Full-service park locations have limited seating capacity for guests with confirmed theme park reservations and tickets for the same park on the same date 60 days in advance with mobile check-in and mobile wait-list at select full-service locations, available on the Disneyland mobile app.
Download the Disneyland mobile app to order food, check-in for dining reservations and join a mobile dine walk-up list if you do not have a prior reservation.
At this time both a valid theme park and park reservation are required. Also per state guidance at this time, only California residents in party sizes no larger than 3 households may visit the theme parks. Appropriate face covering for all guests age 2+ required.
