Fantasyland is one of the highest trafficked parts of the park. There are more rides in this area of the park then any other area. However, when it comes to food, this area of the park has less food places then any other area. There is only 1 eating area in Fantasy Land.

This Disneyland training article was written by my friend Melissa. Melissa is a Wife and Mother of 3 (ages 5, 3, and 1). Her family lives 10 minutes from Disneyland and visit the magical park at least 1 a week! She also blogs over at Living A Frugal Life about how to have a frugal life while still having a rich family life. She loves DIY projects, cooking from scratch, saving money and spending time with her little family!
Disneyland is the Happiest Place On Earth. Be sure to learn how to make the most of your trip by reading the Disneyland Training series. You can also browse all the articles I have posted in an easy to use outline. And if you are ready to book your trip, be sure to read about the perks of using an authorized Disney vacation planner (plus it’s FREE!).
This is the worst place to eat in the park. I go 2-3 times a month and never eat there. When we go we only eat one meal in the park, and it’s either Pizza Port or Riverbelle. Depending on how late we stay, we either walk to Mc Donald’s on Harbor BLvd. for lunch, or if we leave early we go to Mexi Casa on Lincoln for dinner.
Edelweiss Snacks is FANTASTIC too. There you can get those big turkey legs and feed your family of four :-)
Troubador Tavern is also in Fantasyland near the Princess Fantasy Faire and while not an official restaurant (it is considered a snack location) the baked potatoes are quite large and could definitely be a meal by themselves. I loved the sour cream and bacon potato during my visit, but if you are looking for something a bit more substantial I would bet the barbecue chicken potato would fit the bill.
They also serve corn on the cob and bratwurst (which my FIL tried on our last visit and he didn’t recommend them).
