Healthy Slow Cooker Meals: Herb Flounder

Ingredients
  • Few pieces of flounder fillets, fresh or frozen (however many pieces you want depends on how many people you are serving)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ c. chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp dried chives
  • 2 tbsp dried minced onion
  • ½-1 tsp oregano
  • 4 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Make sure fish is dry by blotting it with a paper towel.
  2. Place fish into slow cooker (you can cut it into pieces to fit across the bottom).
  3. Mix all of the herbs, lemon juice, and broth together and pour over fish.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
