Grilled Rosemary Lemon Chicken
  • 1½ pounds chicken legs
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ lemon
  1. Combine all ingredients except for lemon in a plastic bag and add the chicken. Turn the chicken in the bag to make sure it is coated in the seasoning. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Grill the chicken until cooked through.
  3. Transfer to a piece of aluminum foil. Squeeze the juice from the lemon over the chicken. Fold the foil around the chicken and let stand for 10 minutes.
