While kids under 3 do not need a Fastpass+ reservation or a ticket, you probably want to take your child on attractions that they will enjoy and be allowed to experience. Here are the Fastpass+ attractions for kids under 3 that you should make:
Magic Kingdom
Peter Pan – This classic attraction will appeal to little ones. They will enjoy flying over London and looking at all the lights moving below. The pirate scene has bright colors and moving objects that will capture their attention. It is a smooth ride with no unexpected bumps or drops.
Dumbo – Little ones will enjoy flying high with Dumbo. They can even attempt to grasp the lever that lowers and raises the elephant. There is also so much to see as you circle around that it will captivate their attention.
Meet Mickey Mouse at Town Square Theater – Little ones love attempting to eat Mickey’s nose and since he talks at this location, the interaction is that much more adorable!
Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh – This was my daughter’s very first ride when she was 4 months old and she giggled throughout the ride. The honey pot car bounces along with Tigger and winds through various scenes from Winnie the Pooh. This is sure to please both little ones and adults!
Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid – This slow moving ride has multiple bright colors. All throughout the ride, they will be mesmerized by everything that moves and dances.
Other honorable mentions:
- it’s a small world
- Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin
- Jungle Cruise
- Mad Tea Party
- Meet Cinderella
- Meet Rapunzel
- Meet Tinker Bell
- Pirates of the Caribbean
Epcot
Meet Disney Pals at Epcot Character Spot (Tier 1) – The more pictures you can get with your little one and the Disney characters, the better! Here you can meet Mickey, Minnie and Pluto.
The Seas with Nemo and Friends (Tier 2) – This slow ride has so much to look at as you attempt to find Nemo. At the end of the ride, you can see a huge aquarium full of real live fish swimming around. This is always sure to fascinate little ones.
Frozen Ever After (Tier 1) – There is no height requirement on this ride. Little ones will enjoy the bright colors and fun music.
Hollywood Studios
Toy Story Mania – While the little one can’t shoot and will keep you from getting a high score, there is a lot to see on this attraction. The large screens are in 3D, but the little one won’t complain that the picture is blurry. They will be too busy looking at the bright and flashing colors.
MuppetVision 3D – While I don’t believe you need a Fastpass+ for this attraction, you do need to select 3 options at Hollywood Studios. Little ones will enjoy watching the movie on the screen and will laugh along with the Muppets that appear in the audience.
Animal Kingdom
Kilimanjaro Safaris – Little ones will enjoy this open air jeep ride through the savanna of Africa. They might even notice an animal or two as you pass by. Just don’t seat them on the outside. They will need to either be in your arms or between Mom and Dad.
Mickey and Minnie at Adventurers Outpost – This is the only location in Walt Disney World where Mickey and Minnie greet guests together. You can get some very adorable photos of your little one here!
Festival of the Lion King – This show uses some very bright colored costumes that will grab little one’s attention. Plus all parents need to see this show. It’s amazing!
Na’vi River Journey – A magnificent, slow moving, boat ride through a bioluminescent rainforest. It is great for all ages.
