Forever 21, the teenage fast-fashion chain, has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. The company has announced that it’s planning a global restructuring that involves closing up to 350 stores, with as many as 178 occurring in the U.S. However, Forever 21 says it is possible that not all 178 US stores will close.
Forever 21 has reassured its customers that gift cards will continue to be accepted, and all policies, including returns and exchanges, will remain the same in its stores.
