That is too funny. Before I started couponing I never would have noticed. But now…..I can’t resist a coupon.
We got one of those recently and it was only valid BEFORE noon and we didn’t receive it until 2PM so clearly they were hoping that we wouldn’t use it or would return the next day. We live in Florida so Disney is definitely not a multiple day adventure for us so I was bummed – I felt like it was a trick. I hope you are able to use yours!

Before xmas when I bought merchandise there was a food coupon printed on it for 30% off IF you ate during off times at certain restaurants. Not sure if they are still doing it but thought I would give you the heads up.
I was so excited when I got my coupon last month when we went to Disney World for Thanksgiving, I used it to get all my little surprises for my family and also one for me, I got me my Disney Dooney and Bourke purse, I saved alot. I wanted the wristlet also, but I figured I better not push it with my husband. Hope you have a great trip, I love your website, you really save me ALOT of money.
Too fun!! The lines at World of Disney at DD were almost as good as Black Friday lines, lol!! I went to the back of the store more in the picture frames area and the line was more tolerable. DH and DD did some final browsing while I waited in line. It saved us a bundle on quite a few presents for Christmas :D Happy Shopping :D

Yup, we got a couple of those on our Dec. trip and it was great! I got some marked down items with the 2010 on it for my boy’s first Diney trip and used the 20% off. Love that you can coupon while on vacation!

You are not just “couponing to disney”, you are couponing AT Disney!!
Keep your eye on the merchandise reciepts they have a coupon for 30% off food at select places. The times are a little earlier than normal meal times but there’s less line usually.
Don’t know if you know but if you get a double cheeseburger quick service meal Disney lets you buy an extra bun for about 79 cents and then you can feed both kiddos for the price of ONE quick service meal :)

I haven’t been to Disney since 2001 (my DH isn’t a huge fan) but I never got a coupon on that trip. Enjoy saving while on vacation!

I heard about those coupons appearing on receipts at Disneyland too. It seems to just occur during the winter season, because it didn’t happen during the summer when we went last June. Isn’t great to be able to still coupon even while on vacation?
My husband usually buys the food while I sit with the kids. I didn’t know they gave coupons until I bought lunch one time. Unfortunately it was just after we had come out of a gift shop. Have fun today!!! My kids love the boat rides in Mexico and Norway.

I love those coupons… They are the best.. You can get more by eating at certain restaurants.. I know my family loves the Backlot express at Hollywood studios and we always seemed to get one from the restaurant… What do you plan to use it on???? I am very curious…

I hope I get a coupon next month when I am there! We wanted to get our son Micky ears last time we were there in October 2009, and he wasn’t interested. And, I always get a Christmas ornament to add to our collection! A coupon is a REALLY good reason to get both :)

just make sure you use it before it expires. i think most of them are printing with jan. 4 as the expiration date!

I saved a good amount of money with that one! We used ours the morning of our last day in Magic Kingdom- we shopped in the connecting stores the whole length of Main St and got just about everything we wanted/needed there. Happy saving!!!!

Wow – fantastic to know. We are hoping to go back to WDW this year (went Christmas of 2009). We stayed in the Fort Wilderness cabins then and will probably stay in the cabins again. Enjoy!

Always an added bounus. But, for us always seemed hard to get to the stores before the time. It seems like we would always run into the park and than be busy and forget. Luckily we went to DD before we drove home and the kids were excited to pick out a few extra things.

We got one of those coupons on our anniversary trip in 09. I used it at the World of Disney in DD. I was hoping to get one this year when we went in December. Well silly me FORGOT to check the receipts and by the end of the week I finally checked and YEP there one was on our last day. UGH. I didn’t get a chance to use it either. Make it worth your while!!!!!!!!! ;-)

Does it exclude clearance? The one time I went around New Years they still had some awesome Christmas Clearance at some stores. Bonus :)
the coupon is for 20% off your entire bill and there are exclusions. marked down merchandise is NOT an exclusion (Disney doesnt really do clearance, they do mark downs lol). gift cards, disney dollars etc are some examples of exclusions.

I got one of those! They’re the best! I don’t advise using it in Animal Kingdom b/c their stores are more spread out and they’re missing some key items we wanted to get, but it was our last day and I really wanted to use it. So we used it at Island Mercantile and then went to the other stores and got more stuff.
