Guest Service Locations:

• Magic Kingdom – Outside the turnstiles on the right hand side and inside the City Hall building on the left side of Main Street near the entrance. There is also a location in Liberty Square.
• Epcot – Located outside the turnstiles on the far right side of the entrance and outside the turnstiles at the International Gateway. Located inside the park in the Innoventions East building.
• Hollywood Studios – Located outside the turnstiles on the right hand side and inside the park on the left side of the entrance.
• Animal Kingdom – Located outside the turnstiles on the left hand side and inside the park on the left hand side of the entrance.
• Disney Springs – Located in the Disney Springs Marketplace and inside DisneyQuest.

Additionally, find Guest Experience Teams at Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. They can be found at set stations and also walking around the park to help with My Disney Experience app questions, MagicBands reactivate or deactivate and more!
