My family is loving all of the healthy slow cooker meals I have been making. Even my kids are enjoying the food. Recently, I made this herb flounder and it literally fell apart it was so tender and juicy. I definitely will be adding this to my regular meal rotation.
- Few pieces of flounder fillets, fresh or frozen (however many pieces you want depends on how many people you are serving)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ c. chicken broth
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp dried chives
- 2 tbsp dried minced onion
- ½-1 tsp oregano
- 4 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Make sure fish is dry by blotting it with a paper towel.
- Place fish into slow cooker (you can cut it into pieces to fit across the bottom).
- Mix all of the herbs, lemon juice, and broth together and pour over fish.
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours.

Hello! Does this work if you cook the flounder from frozen, or do you have to thaw it first, then cook? I know it says blot to dry, so just wondering ;) Th m you!
