We all love potatoes, but it’s easy to get stuck in a rut of regular baked or fried. Try this recipe for garlic Parmesan potato rounds and it’s sure to become a hit with your family!
Kristin's Kitchen: Garlic Parmesan Potato Rounds

- 1 sweet potato
- 1 russet potato
- Garlic Powder
- Parmesan Cheese
- Panko Bread Crumbs
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Slice potatoes into desired thickness.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and potatoes. Toss to coat all sides of the potato slices.
- Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray and lay potatoes in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
