My local grocer had some pork tenderloins marked down so I got a few. The other day, I was trying to decide what to make for dinner and remembered I had the tenderloins in my freezer. I threw this meal together in no time and my family loved it!
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp Lawry's seasoning
- 2 slices bacon
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Poke holes in your tenderloin and sprinkle with Lawry's seasoning.
- Top with 2 slices of bacon length wise on top of the tenderloin.
- Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
