Here is a super easy slow cooker scalloped chicken recipe. It only takes about 3 minutes to throw all this stuff in the Crock-Pot and the chicken comes out tender and juicy.
- 5 oz. pkg Scalloped Potatoes (I have even used the Sour Cream & Chives kind and those are excellent as well)
- 2 c. water
- 4 chicken breasts
- Put the chicken, potatoes, seasoning mix that comes in the box, and water in your crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for approx 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
