We were there for the taping and sadly we couldn’t see Mariah but we could hear her. The parade taping was a crazy experience – they go through everything mutiple times so we saw the same cheerleader performance and float etc four or five times right in a row and then they would move on to taping something else.
We were at Disney exactly 5 years ago this week. We seen the taping of that year’s parade. They were filming it while we were there at the park. The parade was wonderful. I haven’t been back there since that week. I am saving to go. I found out i was pregnant after fertility treatments while we were there that week. We were told it would take a miracle. Our son is our Disney miracle! We are saving to go back right now. Can’t wait. Being there at Christmas was so wonderful. I loved it so much.
I am so sad to miss this!!! We will be there next week though!!!!!
My daughter and her boyfriend are there today. She messaged me that they are walking on all the rides because everyone is at the parade taping!
Reminds me of two years ago we were at disney in the beginning of December and got to be a part of the parade taping! We were a part of the Miley Cyrus taping at the Magic Kingdom. Can’t wait to go back!
How sad is it that I am thinking… I’ll bet this is a GREAT time to hit the rides!
When we were there 4 years ago during this time we got to see Regis and Kelly taping a portion of their part in the parade. Most people have no idea how far in advance they record certain parts of the parade.
