Muppet Vision 3D went ahead and removed the balloon from the top of their building. They don’t want the balloon to be visible from Star Wars land when it opens in 2019. I am not sure why they went ahead and did it now, but it definitely looks a lot different without it!
They’ve also filled in the Muppet Fountain with dirt and flowers. I am not sure why they did that either and the Cast Members that I asked didn’t know either.
So many changes going on at Hollywood Studios!
