This is starting to feel like the never ending pantry clean out! We have ate thru about half of what I had. On Friday while at the store I did have to buy some meat. My fridge is pretty bare. It is the random things in my freezer and pantry that are still lingering. I have at least another week left of this challenge.
Today I spent some time rearranging my freezer and pantry just to give me an idea of what I have left. I also made a meal plan from those items. When doing these challenges that really helps me stay accountable and use what I have.
Yesterday breakfast was cereal. Lunch was random canned soups with fruit. The kids had a youth group and they ate their. We ate Wing Stop for dinner.

More random soups, and cornbread was lunch. My grandma is the one that requests canned soup. I am starting to see she doesn’t eat it.

Tonight is going to be chili Frito pie with fruit.
