Disney’s Animals, Science and Environment took to social media this week to share a first photo of Disney’s Animal Kingdom newest resident!
A Nile hippopotamus calf was born on July 12, 2021. Above is the first photo! Currently, Disney’s animal care experts are giving the calf plenty of room to bond and nurse with mom.
