No baking required in this simple 3 ingredient recipe. These salty and sweet oat bars are a healthier treat and everyone in your family including the kiddos will love them! They have just the right combination of crunch and creaminess and go great with a cup of milk.
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 2/3 cup of honey
- 3 cups of rolled oats
Line a 9X9 pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray. In a small sauce pan mix together the peanut butter and honey. Over low heat, warm the peanut butter and honey stirring constantly until melted and mixed throughout. Remove from heat and stir in the oats, once evenly combined spread into your pan. Refrigerate until set, cut into bars and enjoy!
