A fun addition to the entertainment line up is the Norway Vikings in Epcot. These Vikings come out throughout the day and interact with guests. Check the Times Guide on the day of your visit for accurate meet times.
I was able to catch them right as they came out and they had a very fun interaction with a woman who looked like Merida.
