I stayed on track yesterday did you? Saturday is my church day. Since we are already dressed and out of the house we run errands after. My son ripped his school pants in the knees. We went to Kohl’s to get find some. Thankfully they had his size in stock. That didn’t give me much time to post about my food that day. We ate omelettes for breakfast and snacked all afternoon. For dinner we went out at an Asian restaurant.
For some reason we always end up with lots of almost eaten up things. Sundays, I like to have everyone just eat up whatever is in the fridge and snack all day. It gives me a nice break from cooking. Plus it eats up all those tiny bits of food that are left behind. All the almost finished things I put out in bowls on the counter to get them eaten. That way they disappear fast!
Breakfast
This morning for breakfast everyone ate whatever they felt like. The boys had cereal, Chloe had an egg, my husband ate a parfait and I skipped it.
Lunch
Nico at a pb&j sandwich. I found some leftover barbacoa meat in the freezer. Everyone else ate that. I also had a little bit of pie dough left. I pressed it flat, topped with BBQ sauce, and a little cheese. We ate that as well.
Snack
Fruit with whatever almost eaten up bags of snacks we have left.
Dinner
Tonight is going to be more barbacoa tacos. My husband and the kids are eating salad with it. I am eating some beets we have in the fridge. No one likes them but me.
