Sarah is doing wonderful! She shared her bargain brag with us in the Savears.
Friends, just wanted to share where we are at in our journey. We started this group and couponing in March after our eye opening trip to universal studios in February. In six months, with only $35.00 coming out of pocket, we’ve been able to put $835.00 towards our 2018 Disney cruise and Disney world honeymoon!
I NEVER would have been able to do all of this without you guys. Our goal is to be 100% covered by the time we actually take our honeymoon!
I am new to this and just started saving to go to Disneyland for Christmas started use this apps checkpoints, earn rewards, mPLUS places, receipting hog, Swagbucks and shopkick for now I have save Disney gift card of $50 and 3 target gift cards each target gift card has $5.00 thanks I am still learning how to save
Hi i was wondering how to be able to get or save up gift cards like that. we have a new baby and i want to save up for his first Disney trip.
I am inspired by this post. Can you help me understand how it would work when booking? If (over a year+) I save multiple Disney Gift Cards and want to use them towards booking a cruise…will the agent over the phone take your gift cards one after another and process them towards your cruise booking? Is there a way to combine them all into one huge gift card at some point for ease of booking the trip? Also, if I booked through AAA would they accept Disney gift cards too I wonder? I am not sure if you know this last part, but figured I’d throw the question out there. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer!!!!
Every cruise line is different with gift cards but as of now they all accept them. If you are wanting to pay with gift cards I would highly suggest the use of a Travel Agent as they can easily apply them to the cruise as opposed to you having to call them each in individually. With Disney Cruise Line you can combine gift cards at http://www.disneygiftcard.com and then send that combined gift card to your TA. Additionally you can put them into DVA and then your TA can apply them to your cruise as DVA works as a gift card. AAA is no longer a Disney Authorized Agency so I do not know what they are and aren’t able to do but our Dream Team Agents from Destinations in Florida is a Disney Authorized Agency. When planning a Disney vacation it is very important to use a Disney Authorized Agency so that your agent is always in the know. If you would like I can select a one of my dream team that would be perfect for your family.
