We all want to save money on our next vacation and rumor has it that the time for those savings is now! As in years past it appears that Disney World and Disneyland will be raising their ticket prices around mid-February 2015. While Disney has yet to comment on the increases it would definitely not come as a surprise as it has been done on a yearly basis. If you have been thinking of beginning to plan your next Walt Disney World Vacation you could save some extra money just by booking your vacation now.
While the amount of the increase has not been released as of yet it could equal a nice souvenir or just extra savings for your family! For all those that have already booked their next magical vacation your ticket prices will be honored at the price booked in your package.
In addition to the price increase there are other possible changes coming. These possible changes include the “no expiration” option ceasing to exist. While those who already hold a “no expiration” would be honored no further tickets with these options would be sold. If this option is removed then it is likely that ticket days would need to be used within 14 days of the first use.
Another exciting possible addition is a “Water Park Hopper” option. If this is released it could be applied as a single day ticket option or multi-day ticket option.
Do you know when these may take effect? We always buy non expiration tickets and if they are going away trying to decide if i should buy more
Any day now… they haven’t released the exact date. :(

What about the Park Hopper Ticket gift cards at Safeway? I picked mine up in December. Will they still be honored?
They should be accepted because they were purchased before any type of increase. :)
