As confirmed on their social media, The Grand Floridian Society Orchestra has announced some sad news. They had this to say:
It’s hard to find the words but, sadly, our days at the Grand Floridian are over. In fact, as of Oct 3, 2020, our days at WDW will come to an end as well.
Most recently, the group had a name change to “The Disney Society Orchestra” and were performing at the Theater of the Stars in Hollywood Studios. Unfortunately, now we know their final performance will occur on October 3rd.
The Grand Floridian Society Orchestra was a staple at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa for decades. We are sad to see this group go!
