If you are keeping up with my No Dining March challenge, you know that we are trying to cut our dining out budget this month. One of the common reasons that people go out to eat is for the convenience. If you have a meal simmering at home in the crock-pot, you will be less likely to go out to eat.
So share your favorite recipes!
Mine is pretty easy. I take boneless chicken breasts and a jar of salsa. I put the chicken in the crock-pot and cover with the salsa and simmer on low for 6-8 hours. I serve it over a bed of shredded lettuce. And that is what we are having for dinner tonight!
