This is a great idea Suzanne has come up with! She thinks of Swagbucks earned as items you can purchase at Disney. I have heard her talk about this before in the SavEars. This weekend she is showed us exactly what she means. I love this idea it makes SBs so much more fun to earn.
Working off of Suzanne’s idea you could make a chart or graph with how many of a specific item you think you will buy while at Disney. Then you could save your SBs only for those items. Start with small achievable goals so you can succeed and be motivated to work towards bigger goals. For example lets say you plan on buying 1 Mickey bar each day for each member of your family and you have family of 4 you are going for 5 days.
(Cost of Mickey Bar in SBs) 425 x 4 (amount needed per day) = 1,700 SBs per day for Mickey bars
1,700 SBs (amount needed per day for the whole family to each a Mickey bar) x 5 days (length of stay)= 8,500 SBs or $85.00
By doing this simple formula you have figured out you need 8,500 SBs or $85.00 to cover all the Mickey bars for your upcoming WDW trip. That is very achievable! I average about $25.00 a week from Swagbucks. So far this month I have earned $75.00 most of it was from panels I got into. I have 3 children and I homeschool all of them plus I run a fabulous blog called CouponingtoDisney all while managing my house and everyones schedules. If I can find time in my busy day you can too!
