Ever since i was a little girl I always dreamed of visiting Disney World, Sadly it just wasn’t in my parents cards financially. When I had my daughter I knew I would do anything possible to make that a reality. We had planned to take her before she was 5 and started school. After she turned 3, I started researching how much a vacation would cost. How were we going to afford $5000+ to take her? That is when I started finding ways to earn and save for Disney World. I came across this website “Couponing to Disney” at first I was thinking there was no way possible for me to earn that much and take a Disney vacation ! I joined the Facebook group SavEars and saw how many people were actually doing this! So I joined Swagbucks in October 2015, also I started saving my Ibotta, Receipt Hog, Louder Rewards, and Survey on the Go earnings all for Disney.
I decided to set a goal for myself for each month to pay off my package with Disney for our stay. I took how much my Disney package was going to cost and I divided that by how many months I had to get my vacation paid off. I needed to earn $250 each month to get it paid off in time! I won’t lie, I was very discouraged at first with Swagbucks, it seemed like every survey I tried I was disqualified instantly or the offers I did didn’t credit My first month I barely
earned a $25 gift card. Then it started getting better! Surveys got easier to qualify for and, after reading the tips from other people getting offers to credit got better! I even started getting in the higher paying surveys that paid anywhere from $5 to $50! One of my most recent surveys paid me $50 to sit and listen to good music and rate the songs! I spend anywhere from 10 mins to 2 hours a day doing my goals. It helps me to have a personal goal, so I need to earn XX
amount of points so i continue to make my goal for the month. Some days is easier than others! Some days I barely make my goal, others I double it!
So far since October 2015, i have earned over $2500 towards my vacation all from just the earning places I mentioned above with most coming from Swagbucks alone. My goal is to have my trip completely paid off by my due date in August. I am almost there! I am only spending our “extras” out of pocket souvenirs, car rental, and gas. Which is a very small fraction of our total cost and is great to be able to have some extra funds to do things we normally couldn’t afford
if paying all out of pocket.

when you print coupons for points how do they know that you used them to give you points?
I believe it’s connected to the barcode when it is scanned.
I’ve done well with Ibotta and MobiSave so I decided to finally try SwagBucks. I’m still not sure it’s a good fit for me but I’ll try. Anyway, when I signed up through the link and used the DISNEY70 code I only received 76 SB. No biggie to me but I wanted you to know if wasn’t 100SB.
