Sara paid for Christmas with Swagbucks! I like Sara’s idea of using your earnings from Swagbucks year round to go towards Christmas and Birthday gifts.
I’ve been with Swagbucks for quite some time, of course how many years I don’t really know for sure, I know for a fact it was before I even foundC2D. I really implemented it this last year trying to make my goals everyday before it got closer to the school/ holiday days. I was able to get 34 items this year for birthdays/ Christmas 2016 that is 98% of the items were paid for from gift cards earned from Swagbucks. I barely had to pay anything out of my pocket.
Sometimes me being impatient gets the best of me (it would normally be less than $10 if I did pay out of my own pocket). It made it where I didn’t have to stretch my budget for gifts, that I really couldn’t afford at the moment since we are on a extremely tight budget to get out of debt. If I truly wanted something I would work for the extra money through Swagbucks. I was even able to save $150 to get my own Shark Vacuum at Wal-Mart, only had to pay tax for it. I was so proud of myself because I was able to do it.
Usually when it comes to Swagbucks I do the daily polls, the task lists, love the swago boards when they have it, surveys, searches, and sometimes do the discover options if they credit. There are some days, I work extremely hard/even months as well, but other times I just do what I can do so I don’t burn myself out to reach my goal everyday.
Right now, I’m saving up for a pantry cabinet from Amazon + a Disney shirt-makes it $100 even- I’ve already redeemed for $25 and I already have enough in my account to redeem for $50 which means I’m 3/4 of the way. I usually add items to my cart to price watch it and buy it when I think it’s the best deal. I won’t lie may even save up to get myself a Mickey Christmas Village because of Swagbucks. I just know that if you put your mind to it, anything is possible.
Also should have mentioned I wouldn’t buy everything at once, I would buy a little at a time, most orders ranged anywhere from having 3-5 items to a order depending on costs. I would buy a little bit here and there throughout the year.
