If you’ve purchased U by Kotex Tampons in the past few years, you will want to take a look at the class action lawsuit that has been brought against Kimberly-Clark.
Consumers who have purchased U by Kotex Tampons between March 8, 2013 and Nov. 19, 2019, are eligible to join this class action settlement of $6 per box (up to $30 without proof of purchase). Additional cash benefits may be claimed if you have proof of purchase above five boxes of U by Kotex tampons. Please note, this isn’t for one particular kind of tampon (ie super, click compact, etc), but seems to be for any kind of U by Kotex Tampon product.
The $7 million class action settlement comes as a result of allegations that U by Kotex tampons could unravel or come apart when inserted into women’s bodies. Kimberly-Clark has admitted no wrongdoing in the U by Kotex class action lawsuit, but has agreed to pay $7 million to end the allegations.
You must submit your claim by 8/18/2020.
