With the ability to get Fastpass+ up to 60 days in advance (for Disney World Resort Guests) and 30 days for non-resort guests, waiting in line has become old fashioned. However, some Disney World lines (queue’s) are worth the wait to experience. Below are 7 amazing Disney World queue’s you should wait in at least once.
1. Toy Story Mania
Found in Pixar Place at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is Toy Story Mania. This interactive ride is great for all ages. Plus, the fun theming on the Queue has much to look at, with oversized items such as large crayons and placing you inside Candy Land. In another area, see Andy’s Room and more while waiting in the Queue as well – all from the perspective of a toy.
2. Dumbo
Dumbo in Magic Kingdom’s Fantasyland wins for best interactive queue for children. Enter the line and get a pager, children can play while they wait at an indoor circus-themed playground with slides and more. Also offering caregivers an air-conditioned place to wait.
3. Peter Pan’s Flight
Peter Pan’s Flight makes a fun wait with many upgraded elements. Guests will wind through the Darlings Nursery and more. Watch closely has Tinkerbell is mischievous, bumping into objects, and spotted flying across the walls. Interaction is now possible, with your shadow and the animated butterflies and ringing bells.
4. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
This line at this attraction, found in Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom, is one of 4 locations to Play Drums at Disney World. Do so while exploring Explore Rabbit’s Garden and a chance to paint with honey in line of The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.
5. Avatar Flight of Passage
If you are riding this line with no Fastpass+ chances are you will be waiting in line anyways. However, this is one line to experience. Gusts must be at least 44″ to ride Avatar Flight of Passage at Pandora – World of Avatar. See views of the floating fountains, RDA made buildings, bioluminescent areas and more. 6. The Tower of Terror
Find The Tower of Terror at Hollywood Studios. Wind through the abandoned hotel with evidence of past guests such as suitcases and games. However, covered with layers of dust and cobwebs. There is incredible detail in this queue. Eventually, leading guests to the boiler room where you await your elevator.
7. Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid
At Magic Kingdom, in Fantasyland is a newer attraction – Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid. This queue offers guests chances to interact with virtual sea creatures, Scuttle and his thingamabobs and more. Look for the shells in the walkway and Ariel’s treasures while in line too.
