The Disney on Ice shows are so fun! I remember when I lived in Alabama, I would get so excited when Disney on Ice was coming. Sometimes you just need to take a break from the scrimping and saving and enjoy live. You can always get right back on track with your savings goals tomorrow!

I am having a great month! I have done the Pledge and Kiwi offers 3 times, 2 have credited already. Childfund for 75,000 SB credited! I did the Harlequin offer as well. The rest was from Swago, buying gift cards, printing coupons (when it was 300 per day), and surveys. I did get into a one hour study that paid $45.00 Paypal. Ibotta is still doing well for me! I am hoping this continues all year.
Since I have been doing so well with my saving/earning towards our upcoming trip. We decided to use some of my earnings to take my 4 year old to Disney on Ice. He has never been. When my older children where younger we took them several times. Since it is a little pricey we decided only to take the 4 year old. He loved it! The whole time he kept talking about how much fun he was having. Just like with anything Disney, the show didn’t disappoint! Disney has a way of making you feel good about spending your hard earned money.
The tickets cost $129.91 for my husband, son, and myself. We asked him where he wanted to go eat dinner at before the show he choose Chick-fil-a that was $18.72. I had prepped him the whole way over there saying we aren’t going to buy anything. We can just look. After we got inside the stadium, he wanted popcorn and a snow cone. The good savear inside me wanted to say no. But the mommy in me just couldn’t say no to my sweet little angel! The popcorn was $8.00 and the snow cone was $16.00. Of course it came in a fancy little reusable plastic cup and straw. I did get a coupon for a free Shutterfly 8×8 book. That along with the reusable cup and straw made me feel better about the $24.00 snack I bought him.
Our little Disney on Ice outing cost my fund a whopping $172.63…ouch that hurts a little bit! It was worth it to get a little piece of Disney magic close to home. My favorite part was the little tiered cakes. They where so adorable. I just wanted to run down to the ice and start dancing and singing along with them!
