3. Vegetarian Falafel Burger
The Vegetarian Falafel Burger found at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant in Hollywood Studios can be easily modified to vegan, just ask. Plus, they offer vegan friendly milk shakes! This is a great dining reservation to make in advance.
4. Beignets
Find Beignets at Sassagoula Floatworks & Food Factory at Disney Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter. These small fried-dough like snacks are a sweet treat.
5. Grilled Vegetable Burger
While walking around the World Showcase, stop for a bite to eat at Liberty Inn at the American. Here try the incredible Grilled Vegetable Burger (even the bun it comes with is vegan).
6. Chili-Spiced Crispy Fried Tofu Bowl
Satu’li Canteen in Pandora – World of Avatar at Animal Kingdom is a great addition for vegan friendly options. On their menu is a Chili-Spiced Crispy Fried Tofu Bowl with all vegan base options.
7. Tonga Toast
Tonga Toast is a loved breakfast tradition to many, found at Kona Café in Disney’s Polynesian Resort. It can be made vegan friendly by substituting the first step of dipping in an egg wash.
8. Fruit

9. Epcot Food & Wine
If you can coincide your vacation with the dates of the annual International Food & Wine Festival at Epcot, the event is vegan friendly. Additional food carts will be located around the World Showcase, easily search the quick service stand menu and look for a “V”. Those meals marked with a “V” are vegan friendly.
10. Vegan Cupcake
This treat is a fun experience as well, found at Sprinkles in Disney Springs. Walk up to the Cupcake ATM, which is an actual ATM for cupcakes, and order the vegan friendly red velvet cupcake option.
