This is a super easy recipe to prepare on the weekend and eat all week! Start by cutting up the cucumbers, onions, grape tomatoes (in quarters), and Kalamata olives (in half) and then mix in the Bleu Cheese crumbles and Feta dressing. Simple as that! You can eat it as a side or add it to some lettuce or spinach and you have lunch for work. This one is so simple and delicious you will make it over and over again.
Greek Salad
2-3 cucumbers
1 medium onion
1 container of grape tomatoes
1 container of Feta cheese (the picture shows Bleu Cheese as that’s all I had but I would recommend not using it)
1 container of Kalamata Olives
1 container of Greek Feta dressing (I found mine in the “healthy” section of the grocery store)
