1 family size bag of meatballs
1 jar of sweet and sour sauce
1 can of pineapple chunks
1 bag of onions and peppers (usually says good for fajitas)
Put the meatballs, the sweet and sour sauce, plus the juice from the pineapple into the crockpot. Cook on low for 2 hours.
Add in the pineapple, the onions and peppers, then cook another 1-2 hours on low.
About 350 calories per serving. Makes around 8 servings.
