Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is now open at both Disneyland and Disney World, where guests can live out their own Star Wars adventure. I recently ventured into Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge for the first time and here are 5 details that impressed me!
1. The Entryway
The entryway to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge (via Grand Avenue) features a cave like entry corridor with lanterns. The walls showed some age, and non-perfect condition perfectly transitioning guests into Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
2. Trash Cans
Yes, trash cans did make the list! Disney puts details and theming into everything guests encounter and that includes the trash cans. I love the added black and sharp look of these to dispose of unwanted items.
3. Lighting
The lighting around Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is different from anything I have seen at Disney World, further proving you are in another world. I liked the industrial looks of the lighting, fitting the theming of the land.
4. Coca Cola Stand
Find this vintage looking Coca Cola stand within the new land. I loved the theming of both the stand and the round Coca Cola specialty bottled sodas. This stand also sells theme Dasani bottled water.
5. Postcard Worthy Photos
The Millennium Falcon is quite an impressive site to see, just sitting in the land for guests to view. This area of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge makes for postcard worthy photo opportunities.
Thanks, Sara!
