1. Polynesian Village Resort
The Lava Pool at Polynesian Village Resort is a favorite among kids and adults. Swim beside a towering volcano with a zero-depth entry point. Plus, enjoy a thrilling 142 foot long waterslide (sure to leave an impression)! A favorite area for children is the water tiki play area at the Lava Pool named, Kiki Tiki‘s. Here enjoy bridges and water play for guests 48″ and under.
2. Beach & Yacht Club
For a 3-acre water oasis named Stormalong Bay, head to either Beach or Yacht Club Resorts, as both share this wonderland. The pool is sand-bottomed with a life-sized shipwreck replica featuring a 230 foot long waterslide! Have some family fun floating along the lazy river in an inner tube. Off the Shipwreck Pool, kiddos will love the sandy beach area and mini waterslide.
3. Saratoga Springs
More affordable than Beach & Yacht Club is Saratoga Springs, also a deluxe Resort. This resort has 2 feature pools with a splash area for kids. The Paddock Pool features a 146 foot long waterslide and a zero depth entry. Little ones will love having their own 2 miniature waterslides and water fun in the kids aquatic play area. Plus, a splash zone with Donald Duck.
4. Art of Animation
For the best value on this list head to Art of Animation, a value resort, for the largest pool on Disney World property. The main pool, The Big Blue Pool, is inspired by Disney-Pixar Finding Nemo featuring a zero entry and music playing underwater! Little ones will love the nearby Schoolyard Sprayground with pop-up jets and Finding Nemo characters.
5. Caribbean Beach Resort
Caribbean Beach Resort has a main pool themed after a Spanish fortress and features 2 waterslides, one of which is 102 feet long! Youngsters will love the shipwreck play area, named Fuentes del Morro Water Play Area that features their very own mini slides! Also play in the crow’s nest and watch out for the barrel of laughs, that will leave you soaked. Also on site are 5 other leisure pools throughout the resort.
