This Crockpot chicken noodle soup is low on effort and big on taste! With just five ingredients it takes no time to throw together a warm pot full of soup for dinner. When the sniffles attack this winter and you’re low on energy warm yourself up with this easy and heartwarming soup.
Ingredients
1 box of chicken broth
5 carrots (rinsed and diced into bite size pieces)
5 celery stalks (rinsed and diced into bite size pieces)
2 chicken breasts (uncooked)
2 cups dry egg noodles
Place the chicken breast in the Crockpot; add the celery, carrots and chicken broth. Heat on high for 4 hours or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Pull the chicken out and shred. Return the chicken to the Crockpot along with the dry egg noodles. Cook for another hour or until the noodles are done then just salt and pepper to taste. There’s nothing better than homemade chicken noodle soup on a chilly day, with this simple recipe you can enjoy some with ease!
