If you want to branch out on your next trip, here are 5 things to do in Magic Kingdom that aren’t moving rides.
1. Monsters Inc Laugh Floor – We really missed out by skipping this attraction on our first few trips. It is now one of our favorites! You are the audience at a stand up comedy show featuring the monsters of Monstropolis. They need to gather up your laughter to power their city.
2. Mickey’s Philharmagic – This amazing 3D movie will make you feel the Disney magic all the way to your toes.
3. Hall of Presidents – This attraction gets a bad rep as being boring and a great place for a nap. I personal think it’s worth seeing. The animatronics that they used to create the presidents are very lifelike. You’ll forget they aren’t real humans on the stage.
4. Tom Sawyer’s Island – Take a break from the crowds with a nice relaxing tour of Tom Sawyer’s Island. The kids can run and explore caves and forts while the parents sit and regroup.
5. Country Bear Jamboree – This classic attraction is worth visiting at least once. My kids love listening to the talking and singing bears.
