Have you used Disney’s Memory Maker? I have to say, I am really looking forward to this on my next visit! As a self proclaimed photo snob, I love posing my family and taking photos in the Disney parks. I even carry around my big DSLR camera for some of our park days, to ensure I get the best photos possible. However, Walt Disney World has created Memory Maker, formerly known as Photopass, and it’s even better than ever! But what is the best way to use Memory Maker over the time you will be a Walt Disney World? Today, we are going to answer some questions about using MemoryMaker, and you’ll be capturing those magical memories in no time!
How much does Memory Maker cost? If you purchase Memory Maker at least 4 days in advance is $149. If you wait until after that, or after you have returned home from your trip, it will be $169.
What is included with Memory Maker? Memory Maker is unlimited photos taken of you and your family at any Memory Maker photographer in the Disney parks. They are everywhere. Also, any photos taken of you on an attraction or at a character interaction are included as well.
May I share a Memory Maker with another friend who is traveling with me? Absolutely! That makes it an even better deal! To do so, make sure your Memory Maker is appropriately linked in your My Disney Experience account. Upon arriving home, you are allowed to download them to one device. Download them to your computer, and save them to a flash drive or CD. Hand that off to your friend, and now they have access to the photos to do with them as they choose.
How do I download my Memory Maker photos? In My Disney Experience, click on View My Photopass Photos. Click on My Photos, and begin downloading them. You can download them while you are still in the parks, or wait until you get home. You can download them as many times as you like until they expire, which is 45 days after the date of the first photo.
What do I do with my photos after I have downloaded them? This is the fun part! These are your photos, and you have the rights to them. From here, you can print them however you choose. You can add them to a photo sharing site, such as Shutterfly, and create photo books, cards, calendars, etc.

I am doing a “land and sea” package. Will the Memory Maker include photos taken on the cruise? Thanks!
