A Guest Experience Team will be available in Magic Kingdom, as a test trial for Additional Guest Assistance. The Guest Experience Team will be available to specifically help guests with: Booking, modifying & recovering Fastpass+, Using the My Disney Experience app & Deactivating/reactivating MagicBands. In addition, they can assist with normal Cast Member tasks such as navigating the park, recommendations and more.
Find the Guest Experience Team from December 16- Mid-January roaming the park and in the following locations daily:
- Main Street, U.S.A. (Castle Hub)
- Tomorrowland (Near former Stitch’s Great Escape)
- Fantasyland (Along the castle wall, near Enchanted Tales with Belle)
- Frontierland (The porch at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Café)
