I am thrilled to say that flight prices have dropped since I last saw them at $435. We’re now looking at $374 a person, which saves us $183 total. I have hope! HOOOOPE! I’ll continue to monitor the prices, but I’m so happy to see at least a few bucks saving already. I’m not ready to book yet, we’re still a few months away and I’m hoping to see the prices drop more, but I’m taking it as a good sign.
I’ve been talking with Erin about MaxPass recently. It’s yet another difference between Disneyland and Walt Disney World. I take for granted making my FPs in advance, and making them on my phone, while Disneyland harkens back to the old days- run to kiosks and the like. You can PAY to be able to make fastpasses on your phone. Memory Maker is also linked to this MaxPass thing. I feel like I’m living in bizarro world. Things are so different between the two coasts. It’s exciting though!
I have enough points to cash out with Swagbucks– but I’m waiting until the first of the month where I can grab that sweet Visa card discount. It doesn’t seem like much, but as we’ve seen, pennies make dollars. A few saved dollars every month means an extra redemption per year, just for being patient. Still, I can’t wait until October 1st when I can grab that next $25!
