The Cinderella Castle Suite In Walt Disney World is the most coveted place to stay. You can’t book a reservation here. Disney hand selects guests to stay here. They might be a winner of a contest, a Make A Wish family or even a celebrity who has donated a large amount to a charity of Disney’s choice.
The suite was finished in 2006. In the original plans, it was intended to be an apartment for Walt Disney. Unfortunately he passed away before the castle was even built, but they still built it to his specifications. The space was used for years by Cast Members for various things but it wasn’t until they had the brilliant idea of using it as an incentive for Year of a Million Dreams (2007 – 2008) that they finished the space.
Cinderella Castle Suite is a breathtaking space that is lavishly decorated and fitted for royalty. From the beautiful stain glass windows (which do not offer a view of the Magic Kingdom) to the luxurious bathtub, every square inch of this space is designed for the princess herself. You’ll even spot her glass slipper and jewels.
My reader Lori won a night stay in this beautiful suite. She took a few pictures to share with all of us. Let us all be envious (like Drizella) together!
