As Disney World continues its phased reopening certain experiences may be modified or not currently offered. This goes for Character Dining at Disney World as well. As we head into 2021, we have four Character Dining experiences open for guests.
Guests can enjoy a modified character dining experience at: Garden Grill Restaurant, Hollywood & Vine, Topolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera and Chef Mickey’s.
What’s Required: Face Coverings are required & Dining Reservations are highly recommended and required at select locations. It is also recommended to download the latest version of My Disney Experience app (with location services on) and a cashless or contactless form of payment. For in-park dining, park admission and a park reservation is required.
Now, let’s dive into the current Character Dining options at Disney World!
1. Garden Grill Restaurant (EPCOT)
Head to Garden Grill Restaurant at EPCOT where you can see Chip n’ Dale. Visit for lunch or dinner. Favorite entrees include a garden salad, all-natural sliced turkey with gravy and a grilled beef with chimichurri.
What makes this eatery unique is that it actually slowly rotates while you dine, revealing different views of the Living with the Land attraction. Plus, many vegetables found on your plate are actually grown within their Living with the Land Greenhouses!
2. Hollywood & Vine (Hollywood Studios)
Minnie and her friends await guests at Hollywood & Vine at Hollywood Studios. Each season is a different party, and the characters are dressed for their parts. Visit for lunch or dinner. See the current event schedule below!

3. Topolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera (Disney’s Riviera Resort)
Visit Topolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera at Disney’s Riviera Resort for a character breakfast experience, Breakfast a la Art with Mickey & Friends. This is a rooftop dining experience, offering spectacular views.
The prix fixe menu includes a variety of items, for everyone in your group. Starters include bread and fresh pastries. Entree choices include: Quiche Gruyère with house-made pancetta, Sour Cream Waffle, Smoked Salmon, Two Eggs Any Style, and more.
Guests will see Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Daisy Duck as they parade and wave to guests throughout the restaurant! Plus, their outfits are unique to this dining location.
4. Chef Mickey’s (Disney’s Contemporary Resort)
Guests can visit Chef Mickey’s at Disney’s Contemporary Resort for an all you care to eat breakfast with characters. At Chef Mickey’s Family Feast guests will dine on breakfast breads, Mickey waffles, banana bread French toast and more!
See Mickey and friends as they surprise guests with pop up visits throughout the dining area, be sure to wave hello! As part of your experience, each table gets an autographed card keepsake with signatures from Mickey and friends.
