Couponing to....- Week 14 Check In

It has been awhile! Since, I got back from Universal I have been taking a break from Swagbucks. Not by choice just life has been happening. The first week I was putting things away and catching up on all the things I missed during my week of being on vacation. Second week back my kids virtual school started. That has thrown me for a loop. My big kids are doing really good on there own. Nico is only 6 my husband or myself have to be around to help him at all times during his school day. Last week was the second week of school. As the week went on he starting getting the hang of it more and more. We went from having to be right next to him all during school hours to being able to get up and move around while the teacher was giving the lesson. Its like the light at the end of the tunnel.

We have an exciting development in where we are couponing to next. On the longest drive of my life to Florida we discussed DisneyLand vs Disney World for our next trip. We want to go on a vacation to California not just DisneyLand. Of course we want to visit DisneyLand for a few days. But we also want to go see the great redwoods, visit San Francisco, and so much more. All of those things would cost a good chunk of additional money more than what we had planned on. For that reason we decided to skip DisneyLand for now. Ladies and gentlemen that means we are couponing to Disney World!

For our Universal trip I took $1,000.00 from my Disney Fund to replace the money already spent on plane tickets. Since we drove I have the credit with Southwest to use towards our next trip. I really spent $1,400.00 on the plane tickets. The other $400.00 I took from my Christmas fund.

8/14 – 9/18 – I am dividing my earnings between my Christmas fund and Disney fund!
