I believe that avoiding refined foods is a first step for you to lose weight. They will often taste very good, but processed foods contain very little vitamins and minerals, making you try to eat more in order to have enough electricity to get throughout the day. If you are constantly consuming these foods, converting to grain and other complex carbohydrates will assist you to have more vigor while ingesting less. Good blog post.
