If you are taking Disney transportation, you will need to take a bus from your resort to a park or Downtown Disney and then transfer to the bus for the resort where the meal is located.

Sanaa was another awesome Disney dinning experience. Hubby and I woke up late one morning at the AKL so we missed breakfast. We decided an nice alternative would be to head over the Sanaa. We were not disappointed. The menu boosts the fact this restaurant infuses African cooking with Indian flavors. We were seated by the huge window that overlooks the Savannah. It was incredible to see the giraffes, zebras, ostriches, and wildebeests grazing outside our bird’s eye window table. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the African animals so he offered us a Biology101 snipet lecture. We loved hearing the informative and interesting details about the African animals.
it was a very nice dining experience, one that I would definitely do again-especially with children.
Completely agree with Carol about sitting by the bug windows-just ask when you’re making a reservation. The food and service are outstanding!
We loved Sanaa! We used one dining credit to eat there. The food was African/Indian, which we loved. The kids choices were good as well, and the desserts were yummy. We requested a seat by the big windows so we could watch the animals on the “savannah” while we ate, which the kids loved. They also loved the young ladies playing the African drums as you walk in. It is out of the way if you aren’t staying at the Lodge (we took a bus from A.K.), but that makes it less busy and more laid back. Plus, we got to see the Lodge, which was nice. It was a great break from the hustle and bustle of Animal Kingdom. I highly recommend it!
We have eaten at the Sanaa once and during the same vacation my parents ate there twice. The food was really tasty, a bit on the pricier side, but definitely worth it if you are going to splurge on one meal.
