Olivia’s Cafe at Old Key West Resort in Walt Disney World is a table service restaurant. Entrees include Poached Eggs & Hash, Cripsy Pork Chop & Egg, Shrimp and Grits, Pan-seared Chicken Breast and more.
Tidbit: Even though this restaurant is located at a resort, anyone can eat here. If you are driving, just let the gate keeper know you have a dining reservation and he will let you park. If you are taking Disney transportation, you will need to take a bus from your resort to a park or Downtown Disney and then transfer to the bus for the resort where the meal is located.
Dining Plan:
This is a table service restaurant. You will use 1 table service credit when you dine here. Reservations recommended but you should be able to get a table without one.
This restaurant starts accepting reservations 180 days in advance. To book your reservation, visit Disney Dining online or call 1-407-WDW-DINE or contact your Disney Travel Agent (I recommend Destinations in Florida).

Old Key West is a quiet, laid back resort and we have stayed here often because of our DVC membership. We like to go to Disney on Thanksgiving, and found that Olivia’s is out of the way enough where you can actually get a reservation on a holiday. We ate our Thanksgiving dinner there, and YES they served a full turkey dinner! We have also eaten breakfast there a few times, and it is always a pleasure. Rarely ever a wait time, but even if you have to wait a few minutes, take a relaxing stroll around the beautiful resort.
I had a horrible experience at Olivia’s and in fact is was the only truly bad experience I have ever had at a WDW restaurant. We went for breakfast and the food was not only bad, but truly inedible and although the restaurant was practically empty it took us about an hour to be served and I couldn’t even get a refill of a cup of coffee for heaven’s sake! The restaurant manager tried to make it better, in fact we didn’t pay for anything, but the morning was ruined and the damage done. We’ve never gone back to try a different meal so I couldn’t comment on anything else. This was in November 2010.
I ate their in July 2009. We were on a birthday trip for are Olivia. When the waitress heard Daughters name. She said I wondered when the boss was coming in. wait staff was great. We had early dinner, food was good.
My husband and I went here on our honeymoon mostly to see if they had conch fritters. They didn’t, but what they did have was some of the best food and one of the most unique atmospheres on the Walt Disney World Resort property. My husband had clam chowder that he said was amazing. We both had the prime rib. It was cooked to perfection and was out of this world. One of the things I have to mentin is the bread. It was so incredibly yummy. It was not just regular bread. It is sweerened with pineapple and even the butter they serve with it has some pineapple flavors to it. For dessert, we got the keylime pie. It was wonderful, just like we expected it to be. We left with a favorite restaurant and have gone back pretty much every trip. It is usually pretty easy to get seated without reservations. The staff has always been very courteous. If you go at certain times of the year, they do have conch fritters, but they are tiny and overpriced compared to even the rest of the food they serve. Definately a place we will continue to frequent.
DH & I ate here last year during our anniversary trip. We enjoyed it so much we went back with our kids this year. The food is really good, in our opinion. Portion size was just right for us. The wait staff was very good both times we went and we were seated immediately both times also. It’s a quieter, out-of-the-way place that’s still easy to get to. I think it has to do with the fact that it’s at a DVC resort so not a lot of people know about it. I think it’s yet another hidden gem.
