Like someone already stated the Visa meet and greet is elsewhere. And they will typically have Mickey and then one or two of his friends that meet you. Remember to get there early, I think it opens at 1pm.
As far as the character spot. Just to save Kristin some time, and like someone else said, it’s the fab 5. Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald and Pluto. Then once you leave that area, always look to the left down the hallway, that is where Jasmine was located this time for Kristin. The characters over there, aren’t always there, and they are always changing. Typically you will find them in the morning time, because world showcase isn’t open yet. We met Belle, Marie and Stich one of the times we were there. And then the next time there were no characters.
Kristin, I love the pic with Jasmine, because I love it when the characters get lower to the ground for the kids, and the kids follow suit and go down to the ground too. So cute.
Cute pics! I know you’re not in Magic Kingdom today, but I’d love to see a picture of Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen if you meet them. She has replaced Cinderella as my daughter’s favorite princess right now.
I love this character spot! So many characters in one place- what a treat!! 25 minutes is awesome! Sometimes they will even let more than one character get in the pixs with you.
I hope I didn’t miss the pictures of the little mermail. Airel!!! I have been away for a few days and need to catch up with you. I got great news maybe for the New Beginning on June 1st.
This is my favorite character spot!!!
although you may wait in line it is only ONE line (I think that is why I love it!) you than proceed from character to character; it is great! and you met up with Jasimine there, too! what a great treat…
Jessica O~it is located across from Innoventions the same building that Mouse Gears is located in…in Future World in between The Land and Mission Space!
WOW, 25 mins !! Sounds like you are getting alot done without a lot of waiting. Glad you are having a wonderful time. Sure makes me wish we were going this year.
OH and I had a question for my future preparation, your daughter is in school, how did you manage to get her out for these 2 weeks? Did they send you with school work for her? I vaguely remember when I was younger, my parents always planned the trip and sometimes we weren’t out of school yet, but we had various things we had to complete, our teachers would send a packet of worksheets to do. My oldest son will be school aged if we planned to go next year, and our spring break is the same as the college spring breaks and most spring breaks around the nation, so that would be a terrible week to go as far as crowds! And as I mentioned in other posts, he may be autistic (he gets evaluated at the end of June, and even if he isn’t diagnosed, he has a lot of the same behaviors of an autistic child) so we would definitely need to avoid times when the crowds are terrible.
Wow, it looks like you picked the perfect time of year to visit! My husband and I went a few years back during labor day weekend. You would think that would be busy, but it really wasn’t, I think it has something to do with school pretty much letting in everywhere in the U.S. by that point.
Wow, what a short wait for all those characters. We missed this character spot when we went last time. Looks like it is a “must see”, especially with great planning. Thanks for taking us to Disney with you.
Is this the meet-and-greet you get with your Disney Visa card? I hope so! That would be a great thing to do with my little ones when we go next year if the lines are that short!!
Great pictures…looks like the kids were having a wonderful time with the characters. Have I mentioned (I know like a ton of times) I’m loving your sharing this trip. I checked in numerous times over the weekend and now I’m having withdrawls because I can’t check in as often from work :).
Have a magical Monday with lots of wonderful Disney surprises.
When we were there in Dec. 2008, we saw Marie and Belle (in her blue dress, not the gold gown).
Love the Goofy picture!
Awesome pics, so many characters in one spot!
I wish they had a place at Disneyland like that(with all of the characters together)…
Wow! So many characters in 25 mins! Must have filled up those autograph books.
Cute! I have a Disney Visa. This is where I would get a free picture, right?
I am so jealous you have more days than I did. It is so much fun to go early to each of the parks. Have a great time
How fun! We love Epcot! So many different things to do there!
How fun! Love the characters!

That’s great that you didn’t have to wait forever. :)
Isn’t it the best when the lines go fast!!!
Great pics!
25 minutes is great! I would have assumed it was really crowded in disney right now.
