Fairytale Garden in Magic Kingdom is currently used as the Meet and Greet location for Merida from Brave. Known as a “play and greet” experience, here you’ll get the opportunity to meet Merida, practice your archery and color your own “tapestry” of Merida and her horse Angus.
The first Meet and Greet for the day takes place at 9:15 am. The line quickly reaches 45-60 minutes, so I suggest you plan on heading straight here in the morning. Once you are allowed into Fairytale Garden, parents need to line up along the castle wall to hold their spot to meet Merida. While they wait, kids are welcome to color their tapestry and practice their archery. Just call the kids to the line when there are 2 families left in front of you.
If your kids weren’t able to practice archery, they can return to the archery line after their Meet and Greet experience is over.
