If you’ve got little princesses of your own, chances are their number one priority is going to be meeting other princess, be they mermaids, magic carpet riding, or born with freezing powers.
The good news is, Walt Disney World makes it very achievable to encounter as many of your favorite princesses as you’d like! Across the four parks, princesses have meet and greets and dine with subjects. The locations will vary, with some princesses meeting indoors for the entire day, and others meeting outdoors during a specific time slot. Some princesses seem to be everywhere, while a few only meet in one place.
But that’s not all! You can also indulge your royal side with a princess meal at a deluxe resort, or ride their attraction 700 times, or watch their Broadway style stage shows, or wave to them as they parade by. The princess possibilities are so much more than just a meet and greet. You can fashion entire park days, even entire vacations, around your little one’s favorite princesses. By knowing where your favorite princesses are, you can craft the perfect plan to meet them all before you turn into a pumpkin.

Meets: The China Pavilion, World Showcase, Epcot.
If your little one dreams of saving China, then this is the hot spot for you. Mulan is so busy training that you can’t really see her anywhere else in the parks. But the China Pavilion offers some great photo opportunities as well as this meet and greet, making it totally worth a visit.

Dining Options: None.
Bonus Dragons: We get a quick shot of the “flower that blooms during adversity” during the Happily Ever After Show and Fireworks at the Magic Kingdom.
My Take: Let’s get down to business. I personally wish there were more Mulan experiences in the parks, especially character interactions. She’s got such a great story, you know the conversations would be very interesting. I think a character show/ training (think something like a cross between Jedi Training and the old Captain Jack Sparrow interactive show) to teach young people how to be warriors would be an excellent fit. Mulan’s presence is centered in Epcot, and with all the street entertainment there, this would be a nice fit.
While Mulan is “technically” on the roster for Akershus, her appearances there are very rare. No one I know has ever seen her during their meal at Royal Banquet Hall. But since I’m already imagining all the places I would like to see more Mulan… Am I the only one who thinks the Nine Dragons Restaurant in Epcot is missing a golden opportunity by not having a character meal with Mulan and Mushu? Character meal options are light at Epcot and this would be a welcome solution. No one is going to say no to more unique Princess meals.
The good news is, there is a meet and greet option. Mulan can be found in the China pavilion, near the temple or the water garden, giving you some gorgeous backdrops for your photos and a transportive scene for your time together.
