Announced by Governor Ron DeSantis on Friday, September 25th is that Florida is moving into Phase 3 of their reopening plan, effective immediately.
What could this mean for Disney World?
Phase 3 includes an interesting piece on restaurants, in that during this phase restaurants will no longer be subject to capacity restrictions. During Phase 2, restaurants could only fill 50% capacity.
Social distancing guidelines will still be in place. However restaurants and bars can now operate at full capacity if they choose to, including at Disney World parks and Disney Springs. It will be interesting to see how Disney World eateries respond to Phase 3. Stay tuned!
