I love Dates. I call them God’s little candies. To make healthy Date balls, you just need dates, cocoa powder and walnuts. You will also need a food processor.
Healthy Date Balls
- 6 dates with the pits removed
- ¼ cup of walnuts
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Place the walnuts in the food processor and process until they form a powder. Remove and place on a plate or other solid surface. Place the 6 dates in a food processor with 1 tbsp of water and process. If they are not smooth enough, add another tbsp of water until they reach a paste like consistency. Add in the cocoa powder and process. Scoop out the dates and mold them into balls with your hands. Once formed, roll them in the powdered walnuts and place in fridge for 2 hours or until firm.
